These terms apply to your use of NearMePerson. By using the site, submitting a profile, or opening an external Telegram link, you agree to these rules.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to use GIRLS profile features or submit adult-oriented content. Content involving minors, age-ambiguous sexual presentation, child sexual abuse material, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual imagery, or sexual violence is prohibited.
Directory service
NearMePerson provides a searchable directory of public Telegram contacts and related authorized profile information. We do not operate Telegram, control external accounts, guarantee identity, endorse a listing, or guarantee the legality, safety, availability, accuracy, or quality of any external person, content, product, or service.
Submission authorization
You may submit a profile only when the person shown is an adult and you are that person or are authorized to act for them. You must have the right to use every submitted image, video, description, trademark, and public link. You grant NearMePerson a limited license to host, resize, display, index, and moderate submitted content for operating the directory.
Prohibited conduct
- Impersonation, deceptive contact information, scams, malware, credential theft, or payment fraud.
- Publishing private addresses, precise live location, identity documents, credentials, or private family information.
- Harassment, doxxing, stalking, threats, hate, trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual content.
- Uploading media without authorization or using photo search to identify, track, or expose a private person.
- Automated abuse, evading rate limits, interfering with security, or republishing quarantined material.
Moderation and duplicate handling
We may review, edit, hide, quarantine, merge, deduplicate, reject, or remove content. Repeated listings that resolve to the same normalized Telegram advertiser identity may be kept as recoverable drafts with one canonical public listing. We may preserve audit metadata to prevent repeated abuse.
Reports and removals
Use the Report action on a listing or the Report or Remove a Profile page to request correction, hiding, media removal, or full removal. Reports involving minors, exploitation, impersonation, or non-consensual media receive priority.
Accounts and purchases
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity under your account. Any paid feature is governed by the description shown at purchase and applicable refund information. Access may be suspended for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violation of these terms.
External services and risk
Telegram and other external links are third-party services. Exercise independent judgment, protect personal and financial information, and comply with the laws that apply to you. NearMePerson is not a party to communications or transactions arranged outside the site.
Disclaimers and limitation
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, NearMePerson disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from directory use or third-party conduct.
Changes and enforcement
We may update these terms and will post the revised date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
