NearMePerson is a public directory for adult Telegram profiles. This policy explains what information the site processes, why it is used, and how profile owners can request correction or removal.
Information shown in the directory
A published profile may contain an authorized display name, public Telegram username or link, authorized photos or videos, a description, profile categories, languages, and a city-level or general-area location. We prohibit private credentials, identity documents, home addresses, precise live location, private family details, and content involving minors or non-consensual exploitation.
Age and content authorization
Published GIRLS profiles require a recorded confirmation that the person shown is age 18 or older and that the submitter owns or is authorized to use the profile content and media. Records missing those confirmations are not eligible for public results.
Information collected when you use the site
- Account and transaction data: information needed for account access, listing management, purchases, and fraud prevention.
- Submission data: profile fields, public links, uploaded media, consent choices, and moderation records.
- Security logs: IP address, browser or user-agent data, requested URL, response status, and timestamp may be kept for a limited period to detect abuse and maintain the service.
- Cookies: authentication, cart, account, security, and preference cookies may be used when required. Anonymous listing requests are not stored in MyListing visitor-fingerprint analytics.
Photo similarity search
Photo search is limited to profiles that separately opt in to image discovery. A query image is processed to calculate a temporary visual hash and is not retained by the application after the search request. Similarity is not proof of identity.
How information is used
Information is used to publish and search authorized profiles, operate accounts and purchases, moderate content, deduplicate repeated Telegram advertiser identities, respond to reports, secure the service, and comply with lawful requests.
Service providers and external links
The site may use hosting and database services, WooCommerce for account or transaction functions, and Chatwoot for support chat. Telegram and other external websites have their own privacy practices. Opening an external profile sends your request to that service.
Retention
Published profile information is kept while the profile remains eligible for the directory. Draft, duplicate, moderation, and removal records may be retained to prevent repeated publication, resolve disputes, and maintain an audit trail. Security logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations and abuse prevention.
Your choices and rights
A profile owner or authorized representative may request access, correction, hiding, media removal, or full removal. Use the Report action on the relevant listing or the Report or Remove a Profile page. We may request enough information to locate the record and verify authority, but do not send identity documents unless specifically and securely requested.
Children
The service is for adults. Content involving anyone under 18 is prohibited. Reports involving minors or non-consensual material are prioritized for immediate quarantine and review.
Security and changes
We use access controls, restricted PHP execution, database isolation, backups, and moderation controls to reduce risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
